Annotatsiya

Ushbu ish Zn va S kirishma atomlarini kremniyga legirlashning diffuziya usulini matematik modellashga bag‘ishlangan. Ishda diffuziyani 3 mexanizmini modeli ishlab chiqilgan bo‘lib, hisoblashlar natijalari kremniyda ZnS binar nanoklasterlarini shakllantirishda avval Zn so‘ngra S kirishma atomlarini diffuziyasi afzalligini ko‘rsatdi.
