Annotaciya

Maqolada kversetin-3-O-β-(3”-galloil)-glyukopiranozid flavonoidining kalamush yuragi papillyar muskul qisqarish faolligiga ta’siri tekshirilgan. Ushbu flavonoid kalamush yuragi papillyar muskul qisqarish faolligiga musbat inotrop ta’sir korsatishi aniqlandi. Kversetin-3-O-β-(3”-galloil)-glyukopiranozid flavonoidining miokard qisqarish faolligiga musbat inotrop ta’sirida yurak muskul hujayralari membranasi Na+-kanallarining aktivatsiyasi orqali ta’minlanishi tavsiflandi.
