Abstract

The article examines the experience of reforming interactive energy information technologies in the process of teaching physical education in general education schools. Changes in the structure and content of the elective course during the transition from the classical format to the analog format are systematized. Fundamental advantages, identified limitations, and typical difficulties faced by teachers are presented. Special attention is paid to the fact that digital tools influence motivation, motor activation, and the quality of students' mastery of educational video material.
