Annotatsiya

Maqolada Qoraqalpog‘iston Respublikasi hududida tabiiy holda tarqalgan Tribulus terrestris L. (temirtikan) o‘simligining biologik, ekologik va morfologik xususiyatlari hamda xo‘jalikdagi ahamiyati tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida o‘simlikning tarqalish areali, yashash muhiti, morfologik va anatomik belgilari, biologik faol moddalar tarkibi hamda dorivor xususiyatlari ilmiy adabiyotlar va dala kuzatuvlari asosida baholandi. Olingan natijalar Tribulus terrestris ning Qoraqalpog‘istonning qurg‘oqchil va sho‘rlangan hududlariga yuqori darajada moslashganligini, uning flavonoidlar, steroid saponinlar, alkaloidlar va boshqa biologik faol birikmalarga boy ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot natijalari ushbu turning dorivor o‘simlik sifatida farmatsevtika sanoatida, xalq tabobatida hamda tabiiy resurslardan oqilona foydalanish va bioxilma-xillikni saqlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etishini tasdiqlaydi.
