Annotatsiya

Maqolada o‘quvchilar motivatsiya tizimining nazariy asoslari hamda uning kasbiy o‘z-o‘zini belgilash jarayonidagi roli tahlil qilingan. Motivatsiya konsepsiyasi antik davrdan boshlab hozirgi zamon psixologik yondashuvlarigacha (Wentzel, Schunk, Maslow va b.) bo‘lgan evolyutsion bosqichlarda yoritilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida ichki va tashqi omillarning o‘rta sinf o‘quvchilarining akademik faolligini oshirishga ta’siri, shuningdek, motivatsiyani baholashning zamonaviy metodologiyalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Olingan natijalar kasbga yo‘naltirish jarayonida motivatsiyaning strategik ahamiyatini hamda ta’lim muhitining ushbu jarayondagi determinantlik rolini asoslab beradi.
