Аннотация

Maqolada panjara polaroni massasi masalasi tarang kristal panjarada qaralgan. Polaron massasini hisoblash uchun Kengaytirilgan Holstein modeli qoʻllanilgan. Kristal panjara sifatida kupratlarnig zanjir modeli qabul qilingan. Tashqi bosim ta’sirida kupratlarning CuO2 tekisligi a- va b- davrlari qisqarishi natijasida polaron massasi kamayishi, c- davri qisqarishi esa polaron massasining ortishi koʻrsatilgan. Olingan natijalar kupratlarga oid tajriba natijalarini talqin qilishda ishlatilishi mumkin.
