Аннотация

В статье анализируются сравнительно-психологические особенности навыков самосовершенствования у футболистов и волейболистов. Раскрывается значение целеполагания, планирования собственной деятельности, самоконтроля, анализа ошибок, мотивации и волевых качеств спортсменов. Также рассматривается влияние командного взаимодействия, ответственности и оперативного принятия решений, характерных для футбола и волейбола, на навыки работы над собой. Обоснована зависимость развития данных навыков от специфики вида спорта, тренировочного процесса и соревновательных требований.
