Аннотация

В данной статье анализируются теоретические основы мотивации учащихся и её роль в выборе профессии. Дано описание концепции мотивации на основе психологических взглядов от античности до наших дней (Wentzel, Schunk, Maslow и др.). В исследовании рассматривается влияние внутренних и внешних факторов на повышение академической активности учащихся средних классов, а также современные методы оценки мотивации. Результаты подчеркивают стратегическую значимость мотивации в процессе профориентации и роль образовательной среды в этом процессе.
