Gilt sózler: Rubia tinctorum, shoʻrlanish, NaCl, xlorofill, prolin, ion homeostazi, antioksidant fermentlar, alizarin, purpurin

Annotaciya

Tadqiqotda 0, 50, 100 va 150 mM NaCl taʼsirida Rubia tinctorum L. ning oʻsishi, fotosintetik apparati, osmotik va ion homeostazi, antioksidant himoya tizimi hamda ildizlarda alizarin va purpurin toʻplanishi baholandi. NaCl miqdori ortishi oʻsish va xlorofillni pasaytirgan boʻlsa, 100 mM sharoitida prolin, SOD, CAT va POD faolligi hamda antraxinonlar miqdorining eng yuqori darajaga yetishi oʻrtacha shoʻrlanishning moslanish va ikkilamchi metabolizmni faollashtiruvchi omil ekanligini, 150 mM esa metabolik imkoniyatlarni cheklashini koʻrsatdi.
