Annotaciya

Ushbu maqolada Hg-1201 kupratida polaron massasining kislorod miqdoriga bogʻliqligi qaralgan. Tadqiqot modeli sifatida yuqori haroratli oʻta oʻtkazuvchanlikning bipolaron modeli tanlangan. Hg-1201 kuprati oʻtaoʻtkazuvchanlik kritik harorati, kristall panjara oddiy katagi hajmi va zaryad tashuvchisi massasi anizotropiya koeffitsiyentining tajribadan kislorod miqdoriga qanday bogʻliqligi inobatga olinib, polaron massasining kislorod miqdoriga bogʻliqligi topilgan. Nazariy yoʻl bilan topilgan polaron massa qiymatlari tajriba bilan taqqoslangan. Kislorodning optimal miqdorida nazariya tajriba bilan uygʻun ekanligi koʻrsatilgan.
