Annotaciya

Ushbu maqolada LaSrAlO4 va SrTiO3 tagliklar ustida oʻstirilgan La2-xSrxCuO4 pardalaridagi polaronlar qaralgan. Xususan, polaron massasining La2-xSrxCuO4 pardasi qalinligiga bogʻliqligi oʻrganildi. Noadiabatik va adiabatik yaqinlashuvlarda, polaron massasi parda qalinligiga bogʻliq ekanligi koʻrsatilgan. Har ikkala yaqinlashuvda ham polaron massasi parda qalinligi kamayishi bilan LSCO/LSAO tizimda kamayishi va LSCO/STO tizimda ortishi aniqlangan.
