Abstract

The article analyzes the principles of presenting dialectal words and lexicographical principles in the scientific work of N.A.Baskakov "Karakalpak Language" (Volume I). The research examines the structure of the work, the methods of collecting and systematizing materials, and the interpretational features of dialectal lexemes. The author's contribution to the development of Karakalpak dialectology and lexicography is comprehensively described, and the scientific significance and practical value of the work are determined.
