Abstract

This scientific work is dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of the microbiological purity of common peach (Persica vulgaris Mill.) leaves. The relevance of the study is determined by the necessity to ensure the safety of medicinal raw materials and plant-based products, examine their microflora, and evaluate their compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements. During the research, the microbiological parameters present in the peach leaf samples were identified and analyzed based on established regulatory standards. The findings serve to improve the quality of plant raw materials and develop scientifically grounded recommendations for their safe practical application.
