Abstract

The article analyzes the role of the educational system and pedagogical approaches in the development of professional competencies. It discusses how professional competencies can be enhanced through modern pedagogical methods, innovative technologies, and individual approaches. The thesis emphasizes the importance of preparing students for the labor market within the educational process, and examines the role of modern methods and approaches in the development of professional competencies, as well as the importance of educators in ensuring the personal development of students.
