Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of cultural characteristics in the reading exercises in the textbook “Teens’ English 8”. Linguistic and cultural analysis makes it possible to find some solutions in the motivation of reading students in adolescence. The author presents recommendations for the development of reading skills.
