Abstract

The article scientifically and practically substantiates as a pedagogical problem the improvement of the innovation-integration mechanism based on independent education and technologies "Knowledge through Science" in line with the stagnation of innovative development and the mechanism for the formation of expert criteria for assessing the development of "Knowledge-skill-qualification-competence" of students on the example of the subject "Strength of materials" in the harmonization of theory and practice according to the European credit transfer system in theoretical and practical combination in accordance with the European credit-transfer system.
