Abstract

Overcoming the existing problems in the development of innovative and entrepreneurial activities in higher education requires the development of a method for assessing the innovative and entrepreneurial qualities of the ideal manager of this institution. This article describes the features of this evaluation method and ways to develop it. This is one of the key components in the development of a model for the transformation of higher education institutions into the system "University-3.0".
