KIZILKUM STATE RESERVE: PRESERVING THE DESERT ECOSYSTEM

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of the Kyzylkum State Reserve in preserving the desert ecosystem and protecting biodiversity. The natural and geographical features of the reserve, the diversity of flora and fauna, and the conservation measures aimed at preserving rare species are described. The study used statistics on 10,311 hectares of the Reserve, which contains more than 275 species of plants and 359 species of vertebrates, based on the importance of the Qizilqum State Reserve in protecting the desert ecosystem, conducting scientific research and preserving natural resources for future generations.
